This nifty program lets you change the pattern in your scroll bars. Why? Well, why not?! You can change the pattern on your desktop, and the pattern on your menu, so why not change your scroll bars too?
ScrollBarPAT is an application so it doesn't use up any extra RAM like INIT's and control panels. And unfortunately, the patterns can only be black and white. :(
To use ScrollBarPAT, you just press the right or left buttons to see the different PATs, then press Install to change your scroll bar’s pattern to the selected pattern. The Import button allows you to add patterns to the list of PATs, and the Delete button removes PATs. You can also choose to view either PATs or PAT#s in the import window, they differ in the way they are stored in files and some files will have one or the other and some have both. And should you wish for the good old patterns that Apple originally sent with your Mac, just select the “Use Default” item in the File menu. Also, if you really liked the pattern that you had before you ran this application, and want to revert your changes, just press the “Revert” or select the menu item from the “File” menu button.

I'm not sure if the way I change the pattern will work with other programs that change or modify the scroll bar. So if someone has a different program that changes or modifies the scroll bar, please tell me if this program works with the other program, so I can notify people in later releases.
ScrollBarPAT does work with DoubleScroll and AltCDEF, at least the versions I tried work.

ScrollBarPAT is shareware so you should give me something, like about $5. Please try to send it in U.S. dollars, but I will accept other currencies. If that's too much, just send me a postcard or e-mail me telling me what you think of this program.
